When you apply for a job in Ferrosan Medical Devices, you must upload your CV and your application into our online recruitment system.

Once we receive your application, our Talent Acquisition team reviews it. Selected candidates will be invited to an interview.

The aim of the first interview is to clarify whether the applicants have the right competencies in relation to the job. At the same time, we aim to understand whether there is a good fit between you and Ferrosan Medical Devices in terms of our culture and values.

During the first interview we also explore your motivation for applying and your expectations for the role.

The participants in the first interview are the Hiring Manager and a colleague.

At the second interview we will gain a deeper understanding of your personal and professional competences. As part of this process, you will complete two assessments - a personality test and a cognitive test.

A certified Talent Acquisition Partner will provide feedback on your results and discuss how your profile aligns with the role and our organization.

The last step in our recruitment process is to obtain references from a previous employer. We will always ask for permission before contacting the relevant references.
